Montmartre - A Boudoir Story

2025 has been a year of surprises…the biggest one has been becoming known as a boudoir photographer. Instead of doing something tacky and racy, I approach these intimate sessions from the perspective of normalcy : I ask the couple to do mundane things to concentrate of their connection. With fine lingerie, champagne or coffee and macarons, something for uniquely for you and your partner.

Meet B and A - from a land far away from Paris. They came to me with curiosity and a sense of adventure because “they were in Paris.” This is how I approached their session.

The shoot is divided in two sections - outside and indoor. The overall goal for me is to create a story: exploring the city, then going back to have an intimate moment in their airbnb or hotel. Grabbing coffee, taking the metro, exploring Paris. The order how it is capture doesn’t matter. For this case, we started outside and moved indoors. For the album delivery, it was reversed - waking up, having some pastries in bed. Getting clothed just to lose them again, then heading out to Paris to explore. It made sense for this couple.

Here is another idea - to capture a couple glammed up like they went out for a fancy dinner or a late party, exploring Paris in the twilight if the sunrise and then going to their room to have fun. But you get the idea of building up a story.

For this instance - one of them being a saxophone player, I asked them to put some music on, have a dance and start taking some clothes off along the way. A bit of tea, a bit of coffee and a lot of pastries.

A mix of digital and instant film, a little Paris and a little cheekiness indoors with macarons and some jazz. Make your stay in Paris uniquely yours.
